Good but could have been much better.
The stay was good but there were some issues.
Since there was a lot of vacant rooms, they should have asked if we prefer rooms on the ground floor because my parents found it hard to use stairs every now and then. With so many rooms vacant, they should have asked once. The food was also not upto the mark. I wish there were more options especially in the breakfast. The high tea was disappointing.

«Bellissima struttura ma non aderente alle condizioni della prenotazione»
Curata, e confortevole,
Abbiamo dovuto discutere per far rispettare le condizioni offerte da booking, prenotato una camera familiare 3+1 bambino e all’arrivo era preparato solo un letto matrimoniale…. Dopo varie discussioni abbiamo ottenuto lenzuoli e asciugamani per tutti e un letto aggiuntivo. Il più piccolo ha dormito su un divano. Alla partenza ci hanno presentato un conto maggiore di quello concordato e prenotato da booking. Dopo varie proteste hanno applicato il prezzo giusto.
